Dr. Jonathan Sullivan is a Floridian who completed his undergraduate studies at The Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida. As a pre-med student, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in chemistry. He was also inducted into the Alpha Epsilon Delta pre-medical honor society. Dr. Sullivan received the award of the Scholarship Brother of the Year (2006) from Tau Epsilon Phi Fraternity.
Dr. Sullivan was accepted and attended the world-renown Temple University Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He graduated with his Podiatric Medical degree ranking at the top of his class.
Dr. Sullivan then went on to complete a comprehensive three-year surgical residency at JFK Medical Center in Atlantis, Florida. He served as chief resident. There he was provided a well- rounded approach to the treatment of all lower extremity ailments, including but not limited to trauma of the forefoot/rearfoot/ankle, forefoot/rearfoot reconstruction, and diabetic wound care. His time at JFK Medical Center allowed him to gain needed advanced training in lower extremity reconstruction/surgery, affording him the ability to provide the highest level of treatment and care for his patient. While at residency he also completed both the basic and advanced AO internal fixation courses.
Dr. Sullivan is currently a member of the American College of Foot Ankle Surgeons, American Society of Podiatric Surgery, American Podiatric Medical Association, and Academy of Podiatric Practice Management. He remains on the cutting edge of Podiatric medicine through attendance at annual seminars and educational conferences.
In his free time, he enjoys college football and cheering on his Florida State Seminoles. He also enjoys fishing, skiing, and traveling.
